Chief Executive Officer & Co-Owner
Jonathan "Jono" leads Cerule with over two decades of experience in global corporate leadership. Hailing from Johannesburg, he started his career after completing his law degree, navigating various industries in both small enterprises and a large multinational. Notably, he led a division of a Fortune 100 company for several years. At Cerule, Jono oversees finance, HR, operations, logistics, and international business.
Outside of his professional life, Jono cherishes time traveling and indulging in motorsport, golf, fine wine, and gastronomy. He resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, with his two children: Jesse, who dreams of a career in golf, and Gabriella, who pursues her passion for art and music.
Jono holds a law degree from the University of Johannesburg and an MBA from Bond University in Australia. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Cerule and is committed to contributing to its success.
ANDY GOODWIN
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer & Co-Owner
Andy, a native New Zealander, has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Starting as a cosmetics distributor, he advanced through warehouse operations, customer service, and management. Throughout his career, Andy has gained extensive industry knowledge across various markets and languages. He has lived and conducted business in the UK, Europe, Russia, North America, and the Asia Pacific region, even owning his own company along the way. Andy has been involved in successful company acquisitions and sales.
His diverse background now fuels his passion for creating environments where ordinary people achieve extraordinary results in life, health, wealth, and personal growth. He finds immense fulfillment in witnessing his team exceed their expectations and realize their potential. With Cerule, Andy believes they are poised to make a significant impact on everyone who joins them.
He is married with two children and enjoys boating, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, and skiing with his family.

Chief Growth Officer
Pat Berry, a dedicated leader with over 25 years in health and wellness. Starting out as a young entrepreneur, he progressed from sales roles to executive leadership, always committed to excellence and transformative change. His career has taken him across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, where he embraced diverse cultures while managing teams and operations. Pat has contributed to product development and market expansion projects.
His dual experience as a distributor and corporate executive allows him to bridge gaps effectively, fostering cooperation between different sectors. Before Cerule, Pat focused on global expansion for a wellness company, emphasizing innovation and growth. He values personal development and aims to create environments that empower teams to excel.
Pat enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and barbecuing. He loves connecting with people from various backgrounds, learning about their cultures and cuisines. Family time is precious to him, shared through outdoor adventures or meals with his wife, two children, and grandchildren.

José Manuel Arvide is a dedicated leader with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and personal growth, bringing over 19 years of business leadership experience to Cerule. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at 17, José has founded and managed several companies, showcasing his commitment to innovation and value creation. He aims to live fully and inspire others with his extensive knowledge and experience.
His career spans Europe, Mexico, and the United States, where he has excelled as an international trainer, coach, and motivational speaker. In 2018, he became a certified John C. Maxwell trainer, enhancing his reputation as a leader and mentor. With expertise in Management Information Systems, Finance, and Organizational Development from The Monterrey Institute of Technology, José combines strategic insight with natural leadership skills.
As Cerule’s Director of North American Sales, José is dedicated to empowering Independent Business Owners by fostering growth and success. His love for sports like golf, tennis, and soccer fuels his competitive spirit.

Sales Director
Nuno brings over 17 years of experience to Cerule, having worked extensively in multinational companies across various countries. Though a native of Portugal, he considers himself a 'citizen of the world.'
After graduating from Business School in Lisbon, Nuno spent over a decade enhancing network marketing companies' business presence and sales by building large, successful teams. His proudest achievements include fostering business growth in the UK, Scandinavia, Germany, and Iberia. Nuno's passion for the industry has driven his lifelong commitment to helping individuals realize their potential. This dedication makes him an ideal fit for leading Cerule's business development in Europe, aligning perfectly with the company's vision of empowering people to lead extraordinary lives.
Beyond his business expertise, Nuno is a multilingual, adaptable, and self-driven team player who excels in creating high-performance teams through an inspirational approach. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, motorsport, football, and spending time with friends.

Wendy Christopher, originally from the UK, has built an impressive career in direct selling industry. Starting out as an agent, she quickly earned management roles with notable companies like Betterware, The Body Shop At Home, Ann Summers, and Avon across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia.
Eight years ago, Wendy relocated to New Zealand while working with Avon in both Australia and New Zealand. Her deep understanding of these markets and her influence on business development propelled her to the position of National Sales Manager.
Wendy is fearlessly passionate about discovering potential in individuals, honing their skills, and supporting their journey to success. She takes great joy in sharing the incredible opportunity she received 32 years ago and finds fulfillment in witnessing and contributing to the achievements of others. Hank is an accomplished executive with two decades of experience in brand building and innovation across various sectors like wellness, luxury, beauty, sports, and consumer electronics. He earned a Master's degree in Managerial Communication from Northwestern University.
Throughout his career, Hank has honed his skills in brand marketing, sales construction, networking, P&L management, and people management. His unique approach focuses on forging emotional connections with consumers at every touchpoint. As a strategic thinker and communicator, Hank excels in analyzing complex information to identify challenges and opportunities while developing actionable plans. His leadership style inspires teams to achieve both immediate goals and long-term objectives.
Before joining Cerule, he held key positions at prestigious companies such as CHANEL, LVMH, and adidas, refining his expertise in strategic growth. At Cerule, Hank is dedicated to leveraging his experience to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and establish Cerule as a beloved brand for health-conscious individuals.
